General Maintenance Engineer

As a General Maintenance Engineer, you'll ensure the efficient operation of the hotel's equipment and machinery spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel
• Perform a variety of repair, maintenance and cleaning tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC, mechanical and carpentry
• Complete daily guest room preventative maintenance assignments
• Maintain a detailed record-keeping of all work orders and completed assignments
• Demonstrate skill in the use of related tools (including both hand and electric tools)
• Possess a basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment
