Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document functional and reporting requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Design, test, and deploy SAP ABAP reports, SAP BW queries, and data visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau Ensure data validation, accuracy, and quality assurance across payroll and HR reporting solutions Support end-to-end reporting lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support Collaborate with Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Work with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical reporting solutions Support large-scale transformation programs, ensuring reporting alignment with evolving business processes Leverage robotic process automation (RPA) or AI-driven data validation tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy Maintain clear documentation for requirements, designs, testing, and deployment activities Skills Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) data structures and data flows Proficiency in SAP ABAP reporting and SAP BW queries Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau Knowledge of data validation, data quality, and reconciliation processes Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-based data validation tools Understanding of payroll and HR regulatory and compliance requirements SAP SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP ABAP certification (preferred) Education/Experience Bachelors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
