What's in It for You * Site Location: Jenks, Oklahoma * Schedule: Full scheduling flexibility required; must be available for a wide range of shifts * Pay: $16.64 per hour * DailyPay available for all employees * Benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance * Career growth opportunities within GardaWorld * Uniforms provided at no cost Responsibilities * Monitor the premises and maintain site security * Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity * Control access points and verify identification * Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats * Provide strong customer service while maintaining safety * Safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods * Complete detailed incident and activity reports * Work with authorities when needed * Ensure the safety of people and property Qualifications * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Able to provide a High School Diploma or GED * Able to pass all screening requirements * Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus * State security license (if required) In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
