Director of Nursing Requirements and Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of nursing leadership experience, including management or director-level responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of medication management, healthcare compliance, and nursing operations
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain nursing teams while maintaining high standards of care

Director of Nursing Preferred Background and Skills

• Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, psychiatric, or adolescent healthcare settings
• Familiarity with state licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
