You will be an integral part of an engineering team to lead hardware integration to ensure the seamless, functional connection of hardware components, subsystems, and software to build robust, high-performance systems. You will provide direct support to the government client and manage the engineering team supporting the program. The world can’t wait.**You Have:*** 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD aerospace systems or ground systems, including integrating hardware, electronic circuits, and components into larger systems and ensuring compatibility* 5+ years of experience designing integration strategies, troubleshooting issues across electrical and mechanical domains, conducting validation testing, and supporting Government review processes* 5+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues related to ground, software, or hardware systems, including root cause analysis during system bring-up, testing, and field deployment* Experience developing and executing detailed test plans, including functional testing and performance verification of prototypes and final assemblies* Experience collaborating with design teams to refine system architecture, PCBs, and hardware, and providing feedback* Experience acting as a technical SME coordinating across hardware, software, controls, and integration teams to meet deadlines and integration objectives* Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced DoD environment, work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, and demonstrate initiative solving complex technical challenges* Secret clearance* Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field**Nice If You Have:*** 3+ years of experience in DevOps working with pipelines and runners* Experience working with DoD customers and mission sets* Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex, multidisciplinary technical challenges* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills* Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field a plus**Clearance****:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
