Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

What if your next veterinary role gave you more variety in your medicine, closer client relationships, and a team you can actually lean on? This full-time opportunity is a great fit for a veterinarian who enjoys the range that mixed-animal practice can offer. You'll work with small animals, large animals, and equine patients, with room to develop your skills in surgery, diagnostics, and general practice. New graduates are welcome, with individualized mentorship available. What You'll Find Here A caseload that keeps things interesting — Move between companion-animal appointments, farm work, and large-animal cases rather than doing the same thing every day.

Hands-on support as you grow — Whether you're early in your career or experienced, you'll have access to one-on-one mentorship and colleagues willing to share their knowledge.

Practical, relationship-driven medicine — You'll work closely with clients to develop treatment plans that make sense for both their animals and their circumstances.

Opportunities to expand your skill set — Build experience in surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and mixed-animal medicine.

A community where relationships matter — This is the kind of environment where getting to know your clients and becoming part of the community can be a meaningful part of the job.

What You'll Be Doing The role combines small-animal, large-animal, and equine medicine, with opportunities for general practice, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and farm calls. Large-animal work is supported by dedicated treatment resources designed for safer livestock handling. Clinical resources include digital radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, advanced imaging support, and gas anesthesia.
