Join ServiceSource to support individuals with disabilities through community-based employment services. Primary Duties Provide job exploration counseling, including standardized interest and aptitude assessments, and generate summary reports. Build and maintain professional relationships with participants, their support networks, and referral sources, ensuring ongoing communication and documented satisfaction surveys. Develop relationships with current and potential employers to identify employment, assessment, and training opportunities. Maintain files per policy and procedures for regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individualized service plans, including skills training, pre‑employment training, situational assessments, job development, coaching, and long‑term support for competitive and supported employment. Additional Responsibilities Assist in marketing activities by submitting stories for social media and newsletters and creating materials. Participate in community or provider events coordinated by referral agencies. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s) Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related Human Services field plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience with program development and training with individuals with disabilities. Valid driver’s license, or reliable transportation, and good motor vehicle record (MVR) as required by state law. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn organization‑specific programs. Detail‑oriented with high accuracy. Self‑starter capable of developing individualized service plans for a variety of disabilities and accommodations. Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills. Physical Demands Stand, reach, talk, and hear for most of the shift; walk and sit occasionally; lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions; noise level usually quiet.
