You'll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside fellow CNAs and an RN who's always there to support you.We are hiring for a full-time day shift (6:00am-2:30pm). Schedule will require every other weekend availability.Here's what you'll do:Performs transferring, positioning and ambulation utilizing appropriate equipment per standards of practice and with patient safety as priority. Understands good body mechanics and use of safety transfer devices to prevent injury to self and patient.Completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner per organizational standards using electronic medical record. Observes and reports the resident's condition or changes to immediate supervisor.Follows individual patient care plans to provide assistance with all activities of daily living.Responds to call lights in a timely manner that meets organizational standards.Takes and records all vitals as required.Maintains residents' rooms to provide a clean, safe and accessible environment.Attends staff meetings, In-Service training and continuing education.
