Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

RN Clinical Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current RN License in the state
• Knowledge of nursing practices as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Familiarity with the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team to provide individualized high-quality patient care.
• Uphold the voice of the patient and adhere to system policies and procedures to support service excellence goals.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and research to enhance nursing competencies.
• Collaborate with other licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure safe patient care delivery.
• Support the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and Professional Practice Model in daily nursing activities.
