Senior CPU DFT Engineer — Power-Efficient Test & Bringup
NUVACORE
NUVACORE is building a ground-up high performance, low-power CPU for next-generation compute workloads. As a CPU DFT Engineer you will drive test related pre-silicon and post-silicon activities, contributing to a DFT architecture that delivers power, performance and area advantages. You will define and implement efficient DFT flows, integrate IPs, and develop verification plans while collaborating with design, STA and PD teams to ensure robust silicon bring-up and yield analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr NUVACORE
