We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill per diem shifts in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking to pick up extra hours or create a flexible schedule, we have shifts available NOW!

Shifts Available

Day, Evening, and Night Shifts

8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

Weekdays and Weekends

You choose your own schedule!

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor residents conditions and report changes to RN or provider

Perform nursing assessments and document findings

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions

Supervise and support CNAs

Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility guidelines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

Active LPN License in Colorado (Required)

Minimum 1 Year of Recent LPN Experience (Skilled Nursing or LTC preferred)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Recent TB Test

Must pass background screening
