About the Role:
Churchgate Protective Services is looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our Valley Stream, NY location. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic retail environment, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional results every day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive customer experience
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to maintain optimal team performance
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Drive sales performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and implementing improvement strategies
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Prepare and manage store budgets, reports, and financial performance metrics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and operational goals
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of loss prevention and retail security practices is a plus
