Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic primary function is to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including stamping presses, to minimize downtime. Perform mechanical repairs on a variety of manufacturing and fabrication equipment. Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions to support production needs. Set up and adjust dies in power presses and assist with die changeovers. Troubleshoot and repair production tooling and dies as needed. Fabricate, modify, and install machine guards and safety components. Utilize machine shop equipment to support maintenance and repair activities. Assist with large production runs and provide technical support to operations. Support Engineering with prototype work, tooling modifications, and sample builds. Design, modify, or assist in building basic tooling, fixtures, and machine components as needed. Perform precision measurements and provide tooling-related data to Engineering. Conduct form grinding and other machining tasks as required. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment (including stamping presses) to minimize downtime. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements: Math skills. Ability to operate material handling and tools required to perform tasks. Must be flexible OT and weekend are required as needed. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23.00 $32.00 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
