Attention luxury brand experienced Sales Consultants! We are rapidly expanding and opening a brand-new state of the art Lexus facility! We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to upgrade to a luxury brand that has one of the best reputations in the world for reliability and owner loyalty.

As a Sales Consultant, you would be working with our guests to demonstrate the Lexus product. We are an open floor, meaning you can present New Lexus as well as Pre-Owned vehicles. We are looking for individuals with luxury experience in cars, clothing, or similar. We have a seasoned Management staff to assist you in making a great income for you & your family. We offer a 5-day work week and only 42 hours per week required.

Company will match 50% of the team member's contribution up to the first 6% of the team member's eligible gross earnings (discretionary and subject to change). Over $1.8 MILLION contributed in matching funds for our team members' 401(k) plans between 2018-2020.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
