Senior Medical Writer

Joining a dynamic Publications and Medical Affairs team, the full-time remote Senior Medical Writer will lead the planning and development of clinical and scientific communication materials, including manuscripts and presentations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior writers. Key responsibilities Lead the writing and development of peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and other scientific materials in alignment with client objectives Collaborate with authors and key opinion leaders to ensure accuracy and adherence to publication guidelines Manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with ethical publication standards and client satisfaction Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in developing scientific and medical content for the biopharmaceutical industry Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) preferred Strong understanding of clinical research design and ethical publication standards Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and project management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with Smart Sheet and InDesign is a plus
