You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.What You'll Do:• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency • Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy • Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership • Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies • Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packagingWho You Are:• Positive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work • A quick learner who is open to feedback and new challenges • Comfortable asking questions and proposing creative solutions • Reliable and consistent in meeting expectations and deadlines • Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe workplaceWhat You've Done:• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hardNice to Haves:• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment • Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systemsPhysical Demands & Working Conditions:• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery • Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift • Willing to work overtime as neededCart.com is an equal opportunity employer.
