A rental concierge is responsible for managing dealership service loaner vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Roles:
- Verifies customer eligibility
- Checking valid drivers licenses
- Full-coverage insurance
- Completes loaner vehicle
- Check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintains accurate records
- Coordinates vehicle availability
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient loaner vehicle process for customers during their service visit.
