We're looking for a passionate Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you'll assist members with transactions, recommend financial products and services, and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

• Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions

• Build and deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations

• Educate members on digital banking tools and services

• Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

• Refer members to appropriate specialists for additional services

• Support daily operations, branch opening/closing, and assist with loan processing

• Support branch sales and service goals through strong member relationships

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong cash handling, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of (or willing to learn) banking operations, products, and regulations

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Ability to apply strong analytical skills in reviewing information and data

The pay range for the Universal Banker position is $22.50 to $27.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
