About the Position

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a locum urgent care position in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland. This role offers a fast-paced clinical environment, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling during the busy holiday season.

Key Details:

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Duration: 3 months (Locum Tenens Assignment)

Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays)

Patient Volume: Up to 4 patients per hour

Age Range: Pediatric population

Experience Required: 1–3 years as a Pediatric NP

EMR: eClinicalWorks

Travel: Mileage reimbursement available

Support: Additional clinical and administrative staff on-site

Required Skills:

Laceration repair and suturing

Wound care, skin adhesives, and staple removal

Incision & drainage, foreign body removal

Taking and interpreting X-rays

Strong clinical judgment in pediatric urgent care and minor emergency settings

Location:
Must be able to rotate between Greenbelt, MD and Columbia, MD locations.
