Senior Privacy And Compliance Analyst

Info Gain Consulting (IGC) is seeking a Senior Privacy and Compliance Analyst to lead baseline compliance support across OSINT and technology-pilot mission threads for a federal law-enforcement and intelligence customer. You will develop and maintain the Compliance Support Package, publicly available information use and privacy artifacts, review records, audit evidence, and corrective-action tracking, and support Government completion of privacy documentation. This privacy-compliance and civil-liberties role emphasizes audit readiness and First Amendment safeguards. You will coordinate with Government privacy, civil-liberties, security, and records-management offices as directed. The Analyst provides factual analysis, documentation, and coordination; it does not provide legal advice or make Government privacy, civil-liberties, policy, or records determinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance support for privacy, civil liberties, publicly available information use, CUI, records, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop, assemble, and maintain the Compliance Support Package in the required format with appropriate safeguarding and markings.
• Maintain version-controlled compliance checklists, review records, approval evidence, issue logs, and corrective-action trackers.
• Support documentation of lawful, appropriate, and auditable use of publicly available information, including audit trails and retention practices.
• Review workflows, capability changes, training products, and deliverables for privacy, civil-liberties, First Amendment, records, and CUI implications.
• Support Government completion or update of Privacy Threshold Analyses and related artifacts with timely, accurate factual inputs.
• Coordinate with Government privacy, civil-liberties, security, legal, and records-management offices as directed and document outcomes.
• Log findings, assign contractor action owners, track due dates, verify closure, and escalate high-risk items.
• Support privacy, civil-rights, civil-liberties, and non-discrimination portions of the AI Compliance and Risk Management Plan.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in privacy, public policy, legal studies, information governance, records management, intelligence studies, criminal justice, cybersecurity policy, or a related field; four additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 6 years in privacy, civil liberties, compliance, information governance, records, audit readiness, or sensitive-information protection.
• Demonstrated experience developing compliance artifacts, checklists, review records, audit evidence, or corrective-action plans in a regulated or Government environment.
• Working knowledge of privacy, civil-liberties, First Amendment, publicly available information, CUI, and records considerations.
• Experience supporting privacy threshold, impact, system-of-records, or data-use documentation without making legal determinations.
• Strong research, analytical writing, documentation, coordination, and issue-escalation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or equivalent repositories, and compliance trackers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DHS, CBP, another federal law-enforcement or intelligence organization, or a comparable high-consequence mission.
• Experience with Privacy Threshold Analyses, Privacy Impact Assessments, System of Records Notices, or DHS privacy governance.
• Experience reviewing OSINT or publicly available information workflows for privacy and civil-liberties implications.
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance, or comparable credential.
• Experience with AI-use reviews, non-discrimination controls, audit preparation, or corrective-action management.

Work Arrangement

This position reports to the Program Manager. On-site performance depends on completion of applicable Government suitability, credentialing, workstation, facility, and access requirements. Work arrangements remain subject to Government direction and final contract requirements.

Security And Access Requirements

This position requires successful completion of applicable background investigation, suitability, fingerprinting, credentialing, training, nondisclosure, and access requirements. The employee must be able to obtain and maintain any required Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential and associated facility, system, and information access; comply with secure-facility restrictions; and properly safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information, personally identifiable information, sensitive personally identifiable information, and other protected information. Candidates must satisfy any citizenship, immigration-status, suitability, and access requirements applicable to the assigned facility, system, or information.

Role Boundaries

The Analyst identifies issues, develops factual analysis and documentation, coordinates with authorized Government offices, and implements Government decisions. It does not provide legal advice or make Government privacy, civil-liberties, policy, or records determinations, which remain Government functions.

Contingency Statement

This position is contingent upon contract award, funding, final staffing approval, successful completion of applicable suitability and credentialing requirements, and confirmation of the anticipated start date.
