Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter due to continued growth. This role responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent across a variety of positions. This role partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain compliance with applicable employment regulations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for exempt, salaried, and hourly positions. Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruiting channels. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the full hiring process, including candidate selection, offer coordination, and onboarding activities. Conduct and coordinate reference checks, background screenings, and debarment checks as required. Schedule and monitor completion of post-offer requirements, including physical examinations and drug screenings. Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a successful transition into the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or staffing required. Knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment practices, and applicable labor laws. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools. Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems.
