Automotive Service Manager

We have an exciting business plan to continue growth in both the auto repair and collision repair industries. We are looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our winning team as an Automotive Service Manager. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have Performing vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns Prioritizing required services and providing options upon request Manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and safety standards Manages service advisors, technicians, and porter in order for all shop goals to be reached Work with the marketing and accounting staff as needed Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures Attends/Completes all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or higher At least 3 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Additional Skills Effective time management and organizational skills Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem solving abilities Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
