Part-time Janitorial Position

Position Job Title: Part-time Janitorial Position Location: Houston, TX Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience plus incentives Job ID: 100 Number of Openings: 1 Requirements No janitorial or cleaning experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail mandatory. Positive attitude and professionalism. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass a background check. Full‑time access to an insured vehicle. Smartphone. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, push, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift. Live within 30 minutes of the facility location. Have employment or work‑ethic referrals we can contact. No drug use or prior criminal convictions. Responsibilities & Tasks General cleaning of offices, medical facilities, schools, and other commercial facilities. Restroom cleaning. Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Additional duties as needed. Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
