Starbucks Department SupervisorThis is a full time position. Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department. Is responsible for assisting the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and standards. Responsibilities may include: ordering and receiving product; completing paperwork; interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
