You're the face of Freddy'sHave fun!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greets guests, takes orders accurately, and handles cash, card, and mobile paymentsPrepares frozen custard treats — concretes, sundaes, shakes, and cones — to Freddy's quality standardsPrepares and packages drink products and assembles orders for dine-in, carryout, and drive-thruWalks the lobby to check on guests, refill drinks, clear tables, and make sure everyone has what they needMaintains cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, beverage station, and front counterMaintains health and safety standards in all front-of-house areasUnloads and stocks inventory as neededPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsWorks multiple stations as needed during fast-paced shiftsRequirements:Must be at least 16 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United StatesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walkingMust be able to lift up to 55 lbsCasual environment — jeans, Freddy's t-shirt, hat, non-slip shoes, belt and a smile are the uniform for our teamBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid Time OffGreat meal discount: 50% off when you work, 25% off on days offOfficial Freddy's t-shirt and hatOpportunity for promotions!Helpful leaders, team-driven culture, and great trainingFun!
