Our client located in Doraville, GA is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to join their growing team.
Pay:$26 - $33/hr
Fully in Office

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, payment activities, and vendor support.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist with improving AP processes, workflows, and system efficiencies.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and other accounting-related projects as needed.
- Support month-end activities and provide analysis related to expenses and cash management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
