The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making processes. This role requires an analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations.Stay updated with Tableau best practices and new features.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proven experience as a Tableau Desktop Developer.Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and data visualization best practices.Solid understanding of SQL, data querying, and fundamentals of data modeling.Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.Proficiency with PostgreSQL.Professional Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience with industry BI/Reporting toolsets including MicroStrategy, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or Qlik.Experience with connecting to Hadoop, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, Netezza, Teradata, and SQL databases.Experience with Data Science integration and application (Python, R).Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Trifecta, SSIS, or Informatica.Experience with programming languages (Python, APIs, Web Data Connectors, Tableau Extensions, JavaScript).Experience with Financial services data and large data volumes.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
