Orthopedic Surgeon Toms River NJ

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our medical practice full‑time in the Toms River, Plainsboro, and Tinton Falls areas. The ideal candidate is a general orthopaedic surgeon skilled in arthroscopic sports medicine repairs (shoulders, hips, knees) and preferably total joint replacement on hips and knees. The practice offers state‑of‑the‑art solutions and a mission to deliver the best orthopedic experience with comfort, education, and service. Duties Patient exam/evaluations, including medical history, physical exam, imaging review, and testing for new and follow‑up visits. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs. Refer patients for care or therapy when medically necessary. Formulate diagnosis and treatment care plans. Educate patients on care plans, surgical options, therapies, modalities, and post‑care instructions. Perform intra‑articular steroid injections, arthroscopic repairs, and total joint replacement (with or without robotic assistance) if trained. Document and submit timely progress notes. Collaborate with the multispecialty team for comprehensive patient care. Conduct patient follow‑up and re‑exams. Requirements Board‑certified general orthopedic surgeon (BCBE). Medical license in New Jersey. Experience with arthroscopic shoulder, hip, and knee repairs; total joint replacement preferred. Compensation $400,000–$500,000 annual base plus competitive bonus package (depending on experience/skill set). Benefits Bonus package. Vacation/PTO. Health insurance. 401(k) and profit sharing.
