- $235,000 base salary plus call pay
- Sign-on bonus

- Guaranteed 40 hours

- Medical Degree from accredited school with license to practice in NE
- Successful completion of accredited Family Medicine residency
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- Willing to relocate to Fairbury, NE
