Provides multidisciplinary care team approach in the delivery of mental health services.Principle Responsibilities:Safety activities.Patient care activities.Role model/Team work activities.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job descriptionPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in psychology or related field2+ years in mental health/substance abuse patient careLicenses/Certifications:Certified Nursing Assistant - MN Nursing Assistant Registry preferredMust meet at least ONE of the requirements below ? Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association ? Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross ? Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)Code Green required within 60 daysPhysical Demands:Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $23.44 to $30.53 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
