What You’ll Do: Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections Post payments and apply cash accurately and on time Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with a problem-solving mindset Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep accounts current Prepare reports on AR aging, collections, and account status Support month-end close processes with precision and attention to detail What You Bring: Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting Strong Excel skills and comfort working within ERP systems Sharp attention to detail and a knack for spotting errors before they become problems Clear communication skills — you'll be talking with customers and internal teams alike A team-player attitude and genuine interest in supporting a growing, family-owned business Why Fremont?
