Job Summary:

- Monitoring & observability - Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
- Python, Bash, or similar scripting
- Production support, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE practices
- Maintain highly available and scalable production environments
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
- Improve deployment, reliability, and disaster recovery processes
