Qualifications:

• 1-5 years’ teaching experience (required)
• Valid LBS1 Teacher Certification and PEL
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• Strong initiative, clear communication skills, creativity, and flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and interventions for K-8 students with SLD and DD
• Manage an average caseload of 20, primarily offering push-in and pull-out support for reading and foundational math
• Implement IEPs and foster growth in academic, emotional, and social skills
• Collaborate with faculty on student support, utilizing best practices and data-driven interventions
• Model excellence and character development, aligned with ReGeneration’s mission
