Weekend Wound Nurse (LVN) – Saturday & Sunday Job Summary Golden Merced Care Center in Merced, California is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Weekend Wound Nurse to join our care team. This position will focus on providing specialized wound care services while supporting overall resident health and well‑being. This role is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday shifts only. Essential Functions Provides wound care treatments in accordance with care plans and physician orders Documents wound assessments, progress, and treatments accurately Collaborates with nursing staff and physicians to ensure effective wound management Supervises nursing care provided to residents during assigned shifts Complies with state and Federal Regulations Observes changes in resident status and communicates them appropriately Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for safety and emergency protocols Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements Must possess a current LVN license in good standing in California Previous wound care experience preferred Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices a plus Benefit Highlights Competitive Wages Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Location Golden Merced Care Center 3170 M St, Merced, CA 95348 Evergreen Healthcare Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
