RN Supervisor
Fulltime 3pm-11pm RN Supervisor sought for skilled nursing facility in Lynn, MA area! Monday through Friday with some weekend on-call rotation.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state.
- Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting. Minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor strongly preferred.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned
- Responsible for wounds/QI/clinical
