Committed to getting it right — for our people, our clients, and our communities.What You Will Do (Impact)You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.QualificationsMust be admitted to the Minnesota Bar and in good standing. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting complicated opinions, motions and legal memoranda, conducting file analysis, taking depositions, and interviewing witnesses.Experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including disputes involving life, health, and disability claims under both ERISA and non-ERISA group plans and individual policies a plus.Strong academics and excellent writing skills required.What We Offer Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000-$170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Competitive Compensation & Multiple Paths to Earn MoreHinshaw’s compensation structure is designed to reward performance and provide multiple opportunities to increase your total compensation.
