Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient support
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and evidence-based treatment planning
- Therapy delivery focused on restoring function and mobility
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and family communication
- Knowledge of state/federal regulations and infection control standards
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic healthcare settings
