Phlebotomist - Southwest Medical Center - Oncology - Days

Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Phlebotomist, at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center Oncology, in Oklahoma City, OK. The Phlebotomist collects and processes blood specimens for testing. Responsibilities Greets customers appropriately and treats all customers in a courteous manner Ensures all phlebotomy and other specimens are collected accurately and on time Responsible for completing requisitions accurately Maintains required records and documents Performs basic clerical duties; filing, faxing, preparing mail, and answering phones Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities; disposing of biohazard containers, stocking and ordering supplies, and other duties as assigned, within scope of position Qualifications Medical training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred Must be able to communicate effectively in English About Us INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join us in our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives.
