Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Overview The Chicago office of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a mid‑level associate with 3–4 years of experience (JD 2023–2022) to support the Real Estate practice. Description The practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending transactions. Responsibilities Support the Real Estate practice in handling a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions. Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle. Participate in acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower‑side financings. Requirements 3–4 years of experience (JD 2023–2022). Experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower‑side financings. Salary & Benefits Salary: $235,000 to $365,000 (actual salary may vary based on skills and experience).
