That successful foundation leads us to find great people great jobs!A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following:Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to workYou will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidatesApply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apartUse your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunitiesContinue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillmentAs you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffingA strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we useA passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situationsA strong customer service focusBeing able to manage your time and stay organizedEmploybridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
