What You Will Do

• Plan sprints, distribute tasks among middle/junior developers and analyst
• Conduct code review, architectural reviews, and technical retrospectives
• Mentor and onboard new team members, conduct training sessions
• Build project backlog management process (Planner)
• Formulate technical documentation and development standards (naming conventions, solution structure, error handling patterns)

Architecture and Development

• Design architecture of low-code enterprise solutions based on Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Build Environment Strategy (Dev → UAT → Production), ALM, CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps
• Integrate solutions with corporate systems: SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Graph API, Azure
• Develop corporate chat-bot FIXIT based on Copilot Studio with generative orchestration and integration with Knowledge Base
• Implement AI Builder solutions, evaluate and pilot Microsoft Foundry tools

Setting Goals and Strategy

• Collect and analyze business requirements from internal customers (B2B, IT, HR, Compliance, PR)
• Decompose requirements into User Stories/Tasks with clear acceptance criteria and effort estimation
• Formulate technical specifications and Solution Design Documents
• Develop a 3-year roadmap for Power Platform direction
• Formulate KPIs for the team and prepare regular reporting to management

Qualifications and Experience Required

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) – deep knowledge of Power Fx, responsive design, component libraries
• Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop flows) – complex automations, error handling
• Dataverse – data modeling, security roles, business rules, calculated/rollup fields
• REST API / Microsoft Graph API – integration with corporate systems, Custom Connectors
• CI/CD / ALM – Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines, managed solutions
• SQL – queries to Dataverse / SQL Server

Organizational and Management Skills

• Experience in technical leadership: code review, architectural reviews, technical mentorship
• Mentorship of middle/junior developers, onboarding of new team members
• Sprint planning, backlog management, quality and timeline control
• Collection and analysis of business requirements from internal customers and their transformation into technical solutions
• Decomposition of requirements into User Stories/Tasks with acceptance criteria and effort estimation
• Creation of technical specifications and Solution Design Documents

Education, Certifications, and Languages

• Higher education in IT, computer science, or related fields
• PL-400 – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Ukrainian – fluent
• English – B1+ (reading documentation, communication with vendors)

Plus Will Be

• Experience in building development processes from scratch or their transformation
• Work in Agile/Scrum with distributed teams
• Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates

• PowerShell – automation of administrative tasks
• GenAI/LLM – Azure OpenAI, prompt design, RAG patterns, multi-agent architecture

Certifications

• PL-600 – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• PL-200 – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• PL-300 – Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
