Overview
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site care in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on geriatric patients and post-acute care.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, exams, and diagnoses
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs/tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Active NP license (FNP/AGNP preferred)
- DEA (or ability to obtain)
- SNF/geriatric experience preferred
- New grads considered
