We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position offers flexible scheduling with availability for both day and night 12-hour shifts. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. - PRN (as-needed)
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Louisiana
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- LPN license in Louisiana or "Compact" Multi-License
- 1+ years of recent nursing experience preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document residents conditions, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with daily living activities to ensure resident comfort and dignity
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
