IHOP is hiring! We are seeking energetic and engaging Hosts to join our Team providing great food, drink and customer service that will keep our guests coming back! Host Position Summary IHOP Hosts ensure our Guests are greeted with warmth, seated and served, setting the stage for the Guests’ overall positive experience. With assistance and supervision of the Managers, the Hosts control the seamless flow of Guests into the restaurant, rotating Guests fairly into different Server sections. Hosts also answer the phones, assist with Take Out orders, clean and move tables and chairs as needed and other Front of the House functions at IHOP! Responsibilities Professional appearance and positive, warm attitude. Good conversational skills with an outgoing personality. Able to take direction, multi-task, and demonstrate organizational skills. Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible. Must work well in a Team environment. Desire to grow and learn within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent is preferred. Amiable, outgoing, organized High School students would be considered. Some restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Be flexible with schedule, work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
