Principal Commercial Analytics Engineer - Business Decision Intelligence

This principal-level role drives enterprise strategy for commercial analytics platforms, semantic layer architecture, and business intelligence user experience across global regions and business units. The position establishes metric governance standards, leads complex multi-stakeholder analytics programs, and champions self-service analytics adoption and data literacy organization-wide. The analyst serves as an expert advisor on data product strategy and analytics governance at scale.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise semantic layer strategy for commercial analytics globally
Lead self-service analytics enablement programs across regions and business units
Design UX/UI standards and critical BI dashboards for executive reporting
Establish metric governance frameworks and resolve cross-functional metric conflicts
Drive agentic AI integration strategy within commercial analytics platform

Requirements

Extensive experience designing and governing enterprise semantic layers
Deep expertise in business intelligence platforms and self-service analytics
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional data governance and metric standardization
Strong understanding of agentic AI integration with analytics platforms
Experience mentoring senior-level analysts in complex analytics programs
Proficiency in establishing data governance standards and compliance frameworks
