As a caregiver, you'll provide hands-on support and companionship to older adults in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Supporting mobility, walking, transfers, and bathroom routines

• Assisting with showering and personal care activities

• Preparing meals and encouraging hydration

• Providing companionship and conversation

• Light housekeeping and household support

• Observing changes in condition and communicating concerns

• Completing daily care documentation
