Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle care, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will help build a high-performance team capable of delivering a trusted, quick service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in KPI analysis, schedule management, and adherence to company policies is essential. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled spaces. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English.
