Safe Agile trained. Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Salesforce. Understand the overall product vision. Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban, customer experience, define the approach within the Agile Development Methodology, Microsoft scrum team and ensure it is communicated to all scrum team members. Knowledge of Telco products and services is an added advantage. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing. Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies. Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment.
