Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• Nice-to-have experience includes building AI-powered products.
• A strong sense of design is an advantage.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript is beneficial.
• Background in developer tooling, programming languages, or databases is a plus.
• Leadership experience on technical initiatives or teams is valued.

• We design agent architecture, including the primitives needed for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and empathetic agents.
• We think through how to future-proof agent architecture as large language models evolve.
• We build retrieval systems that ground responses in a customers knowledge base.
• We use retrieved context conversationally and handle situations where answers are unclear or require clarification.
• We develop evaluation methods to measure agent quality and help customers improve it.
• We create voice capabilities so chat agents work effectively over the phone with natural, low-latency conversations.
• We build simulation and benchmarking systems to test AI agents across a wide range of real-world scenarios.
• We develop intuitive, no-code content management tools that let people guide and test AI agents.
• We adapt the agent development lifecycle to account for non-deterministic AI behavior, natural language interaction, and reliance on large language models.
• We explore generative development workflows using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate agent creation.
• We investigate self-improving systems based on real-world usage, customer feedback, and self-play.
