As a Fitness Sales Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, lead follow up, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness.ResponsibilitiesGreet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gymAnswer phone calls and assist membersCommunicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetingsProvide an excellent onboarding experienceQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED requiredPrevious customer service or sales experiencePositive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
